Effective Business Writing
This workshop teaches a three-step approach for planning,
writing, and editing business documents. Employees will learn how
to define the purpose, target their audience, organize content,
write clear messages, and project confidence in their writing. Documents
covered include executive summaries, letters, memos, announcements,
e-mail, transmittals, and meeting minutes.
