making decisions. However, meetings upon meetings that rehash the
same information or never reach viable conclusions are frustrating
and costly. In this workshop participants learn a life cycle approach
to meeting planning and facilitation, which includes Define, Plan,
Organize, Conduct, and Evaluate. The workshop provides tools and methods
to help make meetings more purposeful and cost effective.
Facilitation produces higher quality results from meetings by
helping employees conduct more focused, goal-directed meetings.
